Костяк коллектива сформировался за 20+ лет. В составе бригад русскоговорящие, культурные и трезвые специалисты со всеми необходимыми допусками, укомплектованные современными инструментами, оборудованием и техникой.

Собственное производство оцилиндрованного бревна, профилированного и клееного бруса из сосны. Пилорама в Курганской области. Общая площадь более 10 тыс. м². Выработка 350 м³ в месяц.

Многолетний практический опыт строительства деревянных домов, бань и коттеджей в Тюмени, Кургане и Екатеринбурге — от подбора участка до возведения постройки, включая инфраструктуру, внутреннюю отделку и создание уюта.
